Man Utd fan forced Liverpool to change twitter bio on trophy count.
The Red Devils supporter believes he forced the Merseyside club to adjust their Twitter bio with some expert trolling
Did a trolling Manchester United fan force Liverpool to change their Twitter bio?
That's exactly what one supporter is saying after the Reds removed a line claiming supremacy as "England's most successful club with 41 major honours".
As Red Devils fans have been quick to point out, victory for United over Southampton in the EFL Cup final Sunday will bring the club to 42 major trophies — trumping Liverpool's total.
One fan, with the Twitter handle @MourinhoMindset, posted Friday morning that "Liverpool will have to change this Twitter Bio if Manchester United win the EFL Cup on Sunday". The tweet has since gone viral, garnering more than 2,000 retweets.
A few hours later, the line referencing Liverpool's trophy haul was removed from the bio — prompting the United fan to ever-so-humbly tweet: "I HAVE MADE LIVERPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB CHANGE THEIR BIO I CAN'T STOP LAUGHING".

Should Southampton emerge victorious Sunday, all eyes surely will be on Liverpool's social media team to see if they promptly restore the trophy reference...
